Do not take your car/suv here. I was told by my insurance/warranty people to take my car there- big mistake. I left my sunroom open- the battery was dead, I am trying to file an insurance claim… I have great coverage and a warranty- I wanted the car fixed. I know how bad it can get. They said I didn’t tell them it got wet- I call BS on that. I remember him asking “tell me what’s going on with your car”. I told him. While they handled my frustration very well, their communication was lacking. They need to state that the diagnostics goes to first issue they find to get the car running and then stop. They did not check the electrical at all. I had it towed to place bc of dead battery, I thought for $190, they would find more than the obvious. This is not their way. I still don’t know all that is wrong with the car. I will take responsibility for trusting them - but learn from my mistakes. Also, when I drove off I discovered that my hood was left open. That seems careless.

Had the best chat today with the girl up front. Mandy is her name. I was at this shop for a handful of hour trying to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. Hoping my warranty would cover. It did not. For an older lady it was a decent size price but this young lady made it all pleasant. She is new to the area and from out of state. We talked about foods, life, her new grandbaby and all things in between. Please be kind to her. They are busy. As one person working the front, trying to talk to customers, answer the phone all while trying to check in people(whom are not always patient) she is doing a fantastic job. This place goes through many front employees so it’s hard to keep seeing a friendly face. Thank you for the great job also on my auto repair and the other lady that helped with the warranty.

Long paper trail of work vehicle still not running properly, would highly Not recommend .. their price idle air control system $700 price I found online $70 brand new. Thank you..

You can tell a LOT about a business by how they keep their bathrooms. I know it seems silly, but when a business cares enough to keep their customer area clean, that motivation shines through the rest of the business. The staff has always been very respectful to me, they treat me like a real person, they are realistic when estimating their wait times. The chairs are super comfortable, they offer coffee and a small bag of chips when in stock, the baby changing station was so clean. I am definitely coming back to this business.
